研究了在溴化十六烷基三甲铵阳离子微乳液介质中,以二甲酚橙为显色剂,用分光光反法测定共存的钙和镁,并较详细地讨论了测试条件。本方法操作简便,灵敏度较高,ε(Ca)=4.17×104L·mol-1·cm-1,ε(Mg)=3.11×104L·mol-1·cm-1,用于烟草中钙镁的测定,结果满意。
In cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CMA) cationic microemulsion medium, xylenol orange as chromogenic reagent was used to determine the coexistence of calcium and magnesium by spectrophotometry. The test conditions were discussed in detail. The method has the advantages of simple operation, high sensitivity, ε (Ca) = 4.17 × 104L · mol-1 · cm-1 and ε (Mg) = 3.11 × 104L · mol-1 · cm- Determination of calcium and magnesium, the results are satisfactory.
