本文介绍一种高灵敏度、直接分光光度法测定痕量的锰。此法的根据是PTQA[2-(2-吡啶)硫代喹哪啶酰胺]具有选择性的氧化性,能被锰(Ⅶ)氧化,从而使弱荧光性的PTQA转变为强荧光性的氧化物,并在激发波长为360 nm发射波长500 nm处有最大荧光强度。此荧光物质在0.03~0.83 M的磷酸介质中5分钟可反应完全且稳定72小时,锰含量在10~(-5)~0.7ppm之间成线性关系,经试验60余种阳离子和阴离子不产生干扰。该法操作简单,灵敏度高,无须用溶剂萃取与样品富集。
This article describes a high sensitivity, direct spectrophotometric determination of trace manganese. The basis of this method is that PTQA [2- (2-pyridyl) thioureaquinamide] is selectively oxidized and can be oxidized by manganese (VII), thereby converting the weakly fluorescent PTQA to a strongly fluorescent oxidation And has the maximum fluorescence intensity at an excitation wavelength of 360 nm and an emission wavelength of 500 nm. The fluorescent substance can react completely and steadily for 72 hours in a phosphoric acid medium of 0.03-0.83 M for 5 minutes and has a linear relationship between 10-5 and 0.7 ppm of manganese. After tested for more than 60 kinds of cations and anions, no fluorescence is generated interference. The method is simple, high sensitivity, without solvent extraction and sample enrichment.
