随着我国西部地区经济的不断发展,西部山区铁路产生了运输能力无法满足国民经济发展需要等一系列的问题,需要加强山区铁路基础设施建设。根据在山区铁路的新线建设中往往会出现新旧线速度目标值不同的问题,本文提出了基于中国客运运价规则和旅客旅行舒适度等的广义旅行成本确定方法。结合旅客旅行支付的成本与旅客对旅行的满意度间关系,提出了以旅客广义旅行成本进行旅客满意度评价的方法,并构建了基于该方法的旅客满意度函数,用来分析山区铁路上下行速度目标值不同给旅客运输带来的影响,并结合南昆线研究了新旧线使用不同速度目标值的可行性并提出了可采用的速度目标值匹配方案。
With the continuous development of the economy in the western part of our country, a series of problems such as the inability of transport capacity to meet the needs of the development of the national economy have arisen in the western mountainous railways and the construction of mountain railway infrastructure needs to be strengthened.
