半数致死量的测定及三种计算方法的比较

在进行药物研究时,特别是对任何一种有苗头的新药,在临床试用之前,为使研究人员做到对药物毒性及临床试用剂量更加心中有数,均应做半数致死量(LD_50)的测定。本文记录了青兰挥发油LD_50的实际测定过程,并对结果进行了三种计算方法的比较,可供同志们在做这方面工作时参考。 一、测定: 1.预试: 以20%青兰挥发油乳剂为实验品: 动物:体重为17~22g的健康小白鼠 预试目的:求出引起100%死亡率及0%死亡 率或与二者相近似死亡率所需的药物剂量。 When carrying out drug research, especially for any emerging drug, the half-lethal dose (LD_50) should be determined in order to allow researchers to be more informed of drug toxicity and clinical trial dosages prior to clinical trials .
