本文对23侧面神经及其分支进行解剖,其中成年人17侧,初生儿6侧;左13例,右10侧。其后在手术显微镜下对各分支进行“向中性”分离,同时观察各分支在面神经上,下及总干内的位置与相互关系。本研究可为面神经吻合术、神经移植术和面神经抽搐的治疗等提供面神经显微外科解剖学的有关资料,也填补了面神经解剖学的理论知识。根据我们的观察,面神经分支有三种类型。面神经颅外段有七种分支。我们将面神经分为四个观察单位进行观察,现以I型(88％)为例,分述如下: This article anatomizes 23 lateral nerves and their branches, of which 17 adult side, 6 newborns; left 13 cases, right 10 side. Thereafter, the branches were subjected to “neutral” separation under a surgical microscope, and the positions and inter-relationships of the branches in the upper and lower facial nerve were observed. This study can provide information about microsurgical anatomy of facial nerve for the treatment of facial nerve anastomosis, nerve transplantation and facial nerve twitch, and also fill the theoretical knowledge of facial nerve anatomy. According to our observation, there are three types of facial nerve branches. Facial nerve extracranial segment has seven branches.
