薄层层析技术是分析中草药及其复方化学成分的一种较为简便的分析手段,它使中草药中所含的各种成分显示在层析谱上。本文即是采用该技术对左金丸及其组分的化学成分进行初步的分析。从左金丸的配制过程来看,它是由黄连和吴茱萸两种药物的粉末机械混合而成的丸剂,一般不易引起化学反应。另外,该两种药的主要成分均系生物碱(本实验即以生物碱作为分离分析的对象来设计层析条件和显层方法),而生物碱之间估计也不大可能产生化学反应。因此,似可认为左金丸中所含的化学成分是黄连和吴茱萸两者的相加之和。本文通过实验对此加以验证,并提供左金丸及其组分的薄层鉴别方法。
Thin layer chromatography is a simple and convenient analytical method for analyzing the chemical constituents of Chinese herbal medicine and its compound. It makes various components contained in the Chinese herbal medicine appear on the chromatogram. This article is a preliminary analysis of the chemical composition of Zuojin Pill and its components using this technology. From the point of view of Zuojinwan’s preparation process, it is a pill obtained by mechanically mixing powders of two drugs, Coptis and Euphorbia, and is generally not likely to cause chemical reactions. In addition, the main components of the two drugs are all alkaloids (in this experiment, the alkaloids were used as separation and analysis objects to design the chromatographic conditions and the lamella method), and it is estimated that the alkaloids are unlikely to produce chemical reactions. Therefore, it seems that the chemical composition contained in Zuojin Pill is the sum of the addition of Coptis and Wusong. This article validates this through experiments and provides a thin layer identification method for Zuojin Pills and their components.
