目的 :研究脑电功率谱对脑血管病的诊断价值。方法 :本文采用脑电微机功率谱对 45例正常人与 45例脑动脉硬化病人的脑电改变进行功率谱定量对比分析。结果 :发现脑动脉硬化组比正常组θ频率带枕顶区功率值 ,α频带额中央区功率值差异显著 ,脑电地形图α1频带为主的出现率增高达 93 % ,这些均显示了脑动脉硬化的脑电特征。同时发现 β/θ值是反应脑动脉硬化脑功能异常程度最灵敏的指标。结论 :脑电功率谱可用来诊断脑动脉硬化病 ,可临床应用
Objective: To study the diagnostic value of EEG power spectrum in cerebrovascular disease. Methods: In this paper, 45 cases of normal subjects and 45 cases of cerebral arteriosclerosis patients with changes of EEG power spectrum quantitative analysis. Results: Compared with normal group, there was significant difference in the power values of the octave zone in the cerebral arteriosclerosis group and in the central region of the α frequency band.
