欲降低当前增长的资源耗量,要求在将来的产品循环中更有效地利用材料和能量。这是在延长产品使用寿命和耐久性与现代化并举的基础上通过产品回用达到的。有利于产品回用的产品必须具有一种用于更多的生命周期的动态产品结构的开式系统构造。对与此有关的产品设计和构形以机床为例制定了特有的规则和指示以支持机床的设计。关于产品回用能力的设计质量可根据具有评价准则的检查表加以检验。
To reduce the current increase in resource consumption requires more efficient use of materials and energy in future product cycles. This is achieved through the reuse of products on the basis of extending the service life and durability of the product together with the modernization. Products that facilitate product reuse must have an open system construction for a more life-cycle dynamic product structure. Specific product design and configuration related to this have been developed using machine tools as examples to specify the rules and instructions to support the machine design. The quality of the design on the ability of the product to be reused can be checked against a checklist with evaluation criteria.
