促生长激素轴对卵巢功能的影响,近10年引起人们极大关注。生长激素释放因子(GRF)、胰岛素生长因子(IGF-I)可影响颗粒细胞功能,大鼠颗粒细胞中已发现GRF的受体及基因的蛋白结构,GH可加强FSH诱导的LH-hCG受体,增加雌争激素的产生。本文目的是评价小剂量GRF在月经规律妇女促卵泡生长发育的效果。研究选择了7名月经规律的妇女,年龄21~38岁(平均29岁)。病人经一个自发的对照周期和应用GRF的治疗周期,每位患者均以自己为对照,每次检查均需做阴道超声波测量卵泡数目、直经和子宫内膜厚度并需取血样化验FSH、LH、E_2、P、GH、IGF-1、IGF-I结合蛋白3,在治疗周期第2~11d早晨8~9点之间给
