国际范围内,电力企业改革一直在进行,随着我国经济社会的发展,传统的具有垄断性质的电力市场已经阻碍了国家经济的发展。随着国家电力体制改革文件的下达,电力系统改革迫在眉睫。本文探讨了电力企业营销的必要性,提出了电力企业员工的态度会对企业营销产生重要的影响,并且通过问卷调研法分析了企业内部员工对待营销的真实态度及其影响因素。最后,提出了三点基于内部员工的电力企业营销策略,期望能够为电力企业的营销提供一定的参考。
Internationally, the reform of power enterprises has been going on. With the economic and social development in our country, the traditional monopolistic power market has already hindered the development of the country’s economy. With the issuance of the national power system reform document, the power system reform is imminent. This paper explores the necessity of marketing for power companies and puts forward that the attitude of employees in power companies will have an important impact on the marketing of enterprises. The true attitude and its influencing factors of employees’ marketing toward marketing are analyzed through questionnaire. Finally, I put forward three marketing tactics of power enterprises based on internal staff, expecting to provide certain reference for the marketing of power enterprises.
