目的掌握乙脑蚊媒在崇州农村中的密度和季节消长,为乙脑防控提供参考。方法采用诱蚊灯法调查成蚊种类和密度,采取各项防控措施降低异常升高的蚊密度。结果共监测成蚊5种,其中三带喙库蚊为优势种,牲畜棚蚊密度最高达96.97只/灯·小时;三带喙库蚊活动高峰期为6月,密度高达248.03只/灯·小时,是去年同期的6.68倍,通过采取控制措施,7月下降至84.16只/灯·小时。7月蚊传疾病乙脑新发病例1例,8~11月无新发病例。结论采取有效控制措施,降低蚊密度,减少乙脑病例发生。
Objective To study the density and seasonal fluctuation of Encephalitis B community in Chongzhou rural area and provide a reference for the prevention and control of JE. Methods Mosquito lamp method was used to investigate the species and density of adult mosquitoes. Various control measures were taken to reduce the density of abnormally increased mosquitoes. Results A total of 5 adult mosquitoes were detected, of which Culex tritaeniorhynchus was the dominant species. The mosquito density in livestock sheds reached 96.97 birds per hour per hour. The peak period of Culex tritaeniorhynchus was June and the density reached 248.03 birds per lamp Hour, 6.68 times more than the same period of previous year. By adopting control measures, the number of airlines dropped to 84.16 lights / hour in July. July mosquito-borne diseases JE new cases in 1 case, 8-11 months without new cases. Conclusion Take effective control measures to reduce mosquito density and reduce the incidence of Japanese encephalitis.
