介绍了巴基斯坦恰希玛C-2项目提升发电功率由325MWe到340MWe过程中更换了主给水调节阀,2013年4月开始对主给水调节阀进行调试,在调试的过程中,阀门在手动操作状态下出现超调和滞后现象,低功率工况下,流量波动为30T/H,无法投入运行。针对上述问题,现场组织安装单位,PAEC业主和秦山调试队进行了技术攻关,先后研究了大量历史数据和技术资料,对KMM控制系统和调节阀技术资料进行了研究,先后采取了更换了阀门气动放大器,对阀门管线密封性检查,反馈杆松动检查,更换阀门定位器,调整阀门气动放大器(继动器),调节阀门定位器PID参数,消除阀门阀杆的摩擦力等方式进行了调试,最终消除了缺陷。本文主要针对主给水调节阀在调试过程中发生的故障现象、采取的措施及效果进行了分析。
