众所周知预激综合征是房室间存在着一条异常的附加传导径路即旁道。激动通过旁道提前激动心室致使 QRS 波群初始部分顿挫模糊并形成δ波和短 P-R 间期。旁道是引起折返性快速性心律失常的基础,有报道仅见于运动时发生旁道传导的病例。目前育许多医院在广泛使用计算机信号平均心电图(computer-averaged electrocardiograms)进行运动试验。使用计算机程序系统产生的信号平均心电图看起来较清晰,并且比原来未过滤的运动心电图所显示的杂乱波形更容易分析。本文报道1例由计算机所致的假性预激综合征。患者男性,62岁,因心悸就诊。体检除脉搏不规则外,余无异常。静息12导联心电图示:窦性心律,除频发单源性室性早搏外,其余均正常。心率81次/min(图1)。病人接受 MarouetteCASE_(12))型计算机运动试验系统进行运动试验。按修订 Bruce 方案进行。当运动达到第Ⅲ级时,心率108次/min,计算机信号平
It is well-known that Wolff-Parkinson’s syndrome is an anomalous additional pathway between the antrum that is bypass. Excitement through the bypass prematurely excited ventricular QRS wave group caused the initial part of the fuzzy frustration and the formation of δ wave and short P-R interval. Passage is the basis for the reentrant tachyarrhythmia, there are reports only seen in cases of bypass conduction during exercise.
