松醇油的合成是一个复杂的有机反应,影响反应的因素很多,其中主要的有原料纯度、配料比、催化剂浓度和乳化效果。现根据本人在松醇油正交小型合成试验和生产实践中得出的结论分别讨论如下。1.原料纯度。用松节油合成松醇油,主要是蒎烯水合生成萜烯醇,松节油中蒎烯含量的高低直接影响松醇油的产品质量。目前松节油标准只控制馏份而对蒎烯的含量没有直接要求,这对松醇油的合成是不适应的。因为馏份与蒎烯含量、合成的松醇油的萜烯醇品位不一定成正比关系。试验表明,在相同的反应条件下,用馏份体积(170℃以前)只有89%的松节油(蒎烯含量92.1%)合成的松醇油,其萜烯醇含量(46.3%)比馏份为92%的松节油,(蒎烯含量86.4%)合成的松醇油的萜烯醇含量(44.5%)要高,这是由于松节油里蒎烯含量高低
Pine oil synthesis is a complex organic reaction, many factors that affect the reaction, the main raw material purity, the ratio of ingredients, catalyst concentration and emulsification effect. Now according to my orthogonal test in small pine oil synthesis and production practice conclusions are discussed below. 1. Raw material purity. Turpentine oil with synthetic turpentine, mainly pinene hydration generated terpene alcohol, pinene content in pinene directly affects the quality of pine oil products. At present turpentine standards only control the distillate content of pinene there is no direct requirement, which pine oil synthesis is not adapted. Because distillate and pinene content, synthetic terpineol terpene alcohol grade is not necessarily proportional.
