合成了两种脂溶性的小檗碱脂肪酸盐,并考察其在常见溶剂中的溶解度和正辛醇-水中的分配系数。采用硫酸小檗碱与脂肪酸钾反应生成了小檗碱的硬脂酸盐和月桂酸盐,用质谱、氢谱等方法确证结构。结果表明,2种脂肪酸盐在保持小檗碱母核结构的同时,脂溶性较硫酸盐明显增大,其中月桂酸盐在无水乙醇、聚乙二醇400和油酸等溶剂中的溶解性均较好。
Two lipid-soluble berberine fatty acid salts were synthesized and their solubility in common solvents and the partition coefficient of n-octanol-water were investigated. Berberine and fatty acid potassium were reacted to form berberine stearate and laurate, and the structures were confirmed by mass spectrometry, hydrogen spectrum and other methods. The results showed that while the two fatty acid salts maintained the nuclear structure of berberine, the liposolubility of the two fatty acid salts was significantly increased compared with that of sulfate. The dissolution of laurate in solvents such as absolute ethanol, polyethylene glycol 400 and oleic acid Sex is better.
