利用测定叶片组织转化(Tissueturnover)分析方法,研究了在营养期或繁殖期开始以2、6、10和14cm留茬刈割高度,对羊茅黑麦草叶片发生、伸长、枯萎和死亡的影响。结果表明,在营养期以低茬(2和6cm)刘割较为合理,可加快羊茅黑麦草叶片组织转化速率。
Tissueturnover assay was used to study the effect of stubble height at 2, 6, 10 and 14 cm on the occurrence, elongation, withering and death of the leaves of ryegrass (Lolium perenne L.) during the vegetative or reproductive periods . The results showed that low cutting (2 and 6 cm) Liu cut more reasonable during the vegetative period could accelerate the leaf tissue transformation rate of fescue.
