本文解决的问题是:1、根据振动理论导出了文献中作为经验公式给出的Selberg临界风速公式。2、揭示了平板梁弯扭颤振的机制——就体系总体而言属自激性质;就扭转振动而言属自由振动性质;就竖向振动而言属强迫振动性质;颤振机制中不存在负阻尼因素。3、证明了由节段模型导出的Selberg临界风速公式可以不加改变地适用于等截面整体梁结构。
The problems solved in this paper are as follows: 1. Based on the vibration theory, the Selberg’s critical wind speed formula given in the literature as an empirical formula is derived. 2. The mechanism of the bending and torsion flutter of the flat panel beam is revealed - it is a self-excitation property in terms of the overall system; it is a free vibration property in terms of torsional vibration; it is a forced vibration property in terms of a vertical vibration; it is not in the chatter mechanism. There is a negative damping factor. 3. It is proved that the Selberg’s critical wind speed formula derived from the segment model can be applied to an equal-section monolithic beam structure without change.
