目的探讨化学原子化-原子吸收光谱法测定食品香菇中镉元素的检测条件。方法采用PE-AA400原子吸收分光光度计,MCA-201微型化学原子化器,波长228.8 nm,狭缝2.7 mm/1.35 mm,灯电流4 mA,载气氩气的流速1.1 L/min;采用均匀试验法,考察盐酸浓度、硼氢化钠溶液浓度、氢氧化钠溶液浓度、镉增敏试剂量对检测结果的影响。结果影响大小:盐酸浓度>氢氧化钠溶液浓度。结论最佳检测条件:盐酸浓度:4%、氢氧化钠溶液浓度:0.4%。
Objective To investigate the determination of cadmium in food by chemical atomization - atomic absorption spectrometry. The method uses a PE-AA400 atomic absorption spectrophotometer and a MCA-201 miniaturized chemical atomizer with a wavelength of 228.8 nm, a slit of 2.7 mm / 1.35 mm, a lamp current of 4 mA and a carrier gas flow rate of 1.1 L / min. Test method to examine the impact of hydrochloric acid concentration, sodium borohydride solution concentration, sodium hydroxide solution, cadmium sensitizing reagent dose on the test results. Results Size: Hydrochloric acid concentration> Sodium hydroxide concentration. Conclusion The best detection conditions: hydrochloric acid concentration: 4%, sodium hydroxide solution concentration: 0.4%.
