目的通过临床分析测定,找出血清存放条件对载脂蛋白(apo)A1和apoB含量测定的影响。方法将25份血清混合后再分成25份,分别测定apoA1和apoB含量,剩余血清每份分装9管密封,在每份中取4管放-20℃的低温冰箱中保存,取5管放入4℃冰箱中保存,分别在不同保存时间测定其apoAl和apoB的含量。结果于4℃冰箱保存当天和第3、5、7、14和28天测定血清中apoA1和apoB含量,结果第14天以后血清中apoA1和apoB含量开始下降,但仅第28天apoA1含量与当天结果比较,差异有统计学意义;-20℃冰箱保存血清apoA1和apoB当天测定含量与第5、7、14和28天含量比较,虽有变化,但差异均无统计学意义。结论血清的存放条件不同对血液标本中apoA1、apoB的测定值均有一定影响。
Objective To determine the influence of serum storage conditions on the determination of apolipoprotein (apo) A1 and apoB by clinical analysis. Methods 25 serums were mixed and then divided into 25 fractions. The contents of apoA1 and apoB were measured respectively. The remaining serum was divided into 9 tubes and sealed. Conclusion Different serum storage conditions have certain influence on the determination of apoA1 and apoB in blood samples.
