目的研究米酒对瓜蒌薤白中主要活性成分3,29-二苯甲酰基栝楼仁三醇在人肠道菌群中代谢的影响,从代谢角度探讨瓜蒌薤白白酒汤的科学内涵。方法通过肠道菌群试验比较不同时间点瓜蒌薤白米酒溶液和水溶液中3,29-二苯甲酰基栝楼仁三醇的代谢率。结果与瓜蒌薤白水溶液组相比,瓜蒌薤白米酒溶液组中3,29-二苯甲酰基栝楼仁三醇的代谢率明显降低(P<0.05)。结论米酒可抑制瓜蒌薤白中3,29-二苯甲酰基栝楼仁三醇的代谢。
Objective To study the effect of rice wine on the metabolism of 3,29-dibenzoyl triclosan, the main active ingredient in the white tilapia melon, in human intestinal flora, and to explore the scientific connotation of tamarind tang white wine tang from the perspective of metabolism. Methods The intestinal bacterial flora was used to compare the metabolic rate of 3,29-dibenzoyl triclosan in different concentrations of white rice wine liquor and aqueous solution at different time points. Results Compared with the control group, the metabolic rate of 3,29-dibenzoyl triclosan was significantly decreased (P <0.05). Conclusion Rice wine can inhibit the metabolism of 3,29-dibenzoyl triclosan in melon grits.
