人们总是无法抵挡甜蜜的诱惑,清晨咖啡中的一勺糖,午间的一块巧克力,晚餐后的甜点……这些有意无意间的甜意总能给人一种惬意,用甜蜜的满足感来摆脱工作上的忙碌和压力。甜是母乳之味——人类学家悉尼·明茨这样解释人类对于糖执着的喜爱。它的味道非常像我们出生后吃到的第一种食物——母亲的乳汁,所以我们认定甜是安全而幸福的味道。我们的祖先自然倾向品尝甜的东西,当他们在树上出没时,能够识别出什么时候东西变甜了,就表明其具有了可食性。
