本文应用免疫花环试验对鲫和鳝红细胞进行了检测。结果表明,鲫红细胞可形成C_3b受体花环,花环率为7.95±2.33和免疫复合物花环,花环率为3.05±1.12。而鳝红细胞主要形成C_b受体花环,花环率为3.90±1.42,免疫复合物花环率仅为0.20±0.42。正常鲫和鳝红细胞C_3b受体花环率均高于红细胞免疫复合物花环率,差异极显著。这证实了鲫和鳝红细胞表面均存在C_3b受体,从而表明二者的红细胞也具有重要的免疫功能。
In this paper, immune rosette test of red carp and eel were tested. The results showed that the erythrocytes of the crucian carp formed the rosette of C_3b receptor with a rate of 7.95 ± 2.33 and an immune complex rosette with a rate of rosette of 3.05 ± 1.12. The EBC erythrocytes mainly formed the C_b receptor rosette, the rate of rosette was 3.90 ± 1.42, and the rate of rosette of immune complex was only 0.20 ± 0.42. The rosette rate of erythrocyte C_3b receptor in normal crucian carp and eel were higher than that of erythrocyte immune complex, the difference was extremely significant. This confirmed the presence of C_3b receptors on the surface of red blood cells of crucian carp and eel, indicating that both red blood cells also have important immune functions.
