以食用向日葵晋葵11号为试验材料,分别以不同浓度的SNP(Sodium nitroprusside,硝普钠,NO供体)溶液进行浸种处理,研究各处理对向日葵种子的发芽势、发芽率、发芽指数、种子简易活力指数和苗高、根长的影响。结果表明,低浓度的SNP(0.01~0.50mmol/L)对向日葵种子的萌发和幼苗的生长具有促进作用,其中0.50mmol/L SNP对测定的各项指标促进作用均达到显著水平;高浓度的SNP(1.00mmol/L)表现为抑制作用,其中对发芽率抑制作用显著。
Taking sunflower sunflower 11 as test material, the seedlings were soaked in different concentrations of sodium nitroprusside (SNP) and nitric oxide (SNP) solution respectively to study the effects of different treatments on germination potential, germination rate, germination index, Seed vigor index and seedling height, root length of the impact. The results showed that low concentrations of SNP (0.01-0.50 mmol / L) promoted the germination and seedling growth of sunflower seeds, of which 0.50 mmol / L SNP had a significant effect on the determination of various indicators; high concentrations of SNP (1.00mmol / L) showed inhibition, in which the inhibition of germination rate was significant.
