自本学期開始在高三講授憲法基本知識以來,由於大部分教師此較認真地鑽研了教育部的憲法講授提綱及說明,由於部分学校领導比較重視和加强了对这門課的領導,在没有教科書和缺乏憲法課教学經驗的情况下,一般教師都能按照提綱和指定参考材料在課前編寫比較詳細的講稿;並開始运用了適合憲法課特點的理論联系实际和適当進行对此的教学方法;其中部分教師由於对提綱及說明的鑽研和体会較深,还摸索到一些有關組織教材以及改進教法的初步經驗。但就整个教学情况來看,目前憲法課教学中存在的問題还是很多的。主要是:由於部分教師对於憲法課教学的目的、任务認識不足,对於憲法課講授提綱深入鑽研不够,以及对於憲法課教学中的理論联系实际的原則体会不深,因而產生了教学中的形式主义和教条主义偏向。根据我們此次在鈇嶺召開的部分憲法課教師彙報会上的總結,提出以下幾點改進意見。

However, in terms of the entire teaching situation, there are still many problems in the present constitutional course teaching. Mainly because: some teachers lack of understanding of the mission of the constitutional course teaching, lack of deep understanding of the outline of teaching in the constitutional class, and lack of deep understanding of the principle of linking theory with practice in the teaching of the constitutional class, Formalism and dogmatism bias. According to the summary of the report made by some of our teachers who took part in the constitution at Langling, we put forward the following suggestions for improvement.
