本文用体视学方法对~(60)Coγ线照射Wistar大鼠后粘附于主动脉血管内皮细胞上的胸腺淋巴细胞的数量变化进行了初步观察。实验大鼠分为受0Gy(对照组)和2.0、8.0Gy剂量照射的三组,在照射后6小时处死,制备淋巴细胞粘附主动脉内壁的标本,做主动脉段横截面的切片,H-E染色,在光镜下观察组织切片,计数粘附在血管内皮细胞上的淋巴细胞数。结果表明,受~(60)Coγ线照射后胸腺淋巴细胞粘附于主动脉血管内皮细胞上的数量有显著下降;胸腺和主动脉同时受照射后,粘附在血管内皮细胞上的淋巴细胞数量较单纯照射胸腺时为高。
In this paper, stereological observations were performed to observe the changes in the number of thymic lymphocytes adhering to aortic vascular endothelial cells after irradiation of ~(60)Co γ line in Wistar rats. The experimental rats were divided into three groups irradiated with 0 Gy (control) and 2.0 and 8.0 Gy doses and sacrificed at 6 hours after irradiation to prepare lymphocyte-adherent specimens of the aortic wall. Cross sections of the aorta were prepared and HE staining was performed. The tissue sections were observed under a light microscope and the number of lymphocytes adhering to the vascular endothelial cells was counted. The results showed that the number of thymic lymphocytes adhering to aortic vascular endothelial cells was significantly decreased after irradiation with 60 Co γ-rays, and the number of lymphocytes adhering to vascular endothelial cells after simultaneous irradiation of the thymus and aorta. Higher than when irradiated with thymus alone.
