目的探讨卵巢巧克力囊肿经阴道超声引导下介入治疗的疗效。方法经阴道超声引导下,对42例经临床和超声确诊的卵巢巧克力囊肿患者,行穿刺抽液并囊腔内注入无水乙醇硬化治疗。结果 42例共计46个囊肿,术后随访3个月至1年,41个治愈,治愈率为89.13%(41/46),3个明显缩小,2个复发,总有效率95.65%(44/46)。结论经阴道超声介入硬化治疗卵巢巧克力囊肿,是一种安全、有效地治疗方法 ,具有创伤小,并发症少等优点,值得临床推广和应用。 Objective To investigate the efficacy of transvaginal ultrasound guided interventional treatment of ovarian chocolate cysts. Methods Under the guidance of transvaginal ultrasound, 42 patients with ovarian chocolate cyst diagnosed by clinical and ultrasound were treated with puncture fluid and intraperitoneal injection of absolute alcohol sclerotherapy. Results A total of 42 cysts were found in 42 cases.
