本文阐述了民用飞机机载设备中飞控电子设备的振动环境试验,基于DO160G对飞控电子设备进行了标准振动、强化振动、高能量短时振动试验,同时介绍了试验程序和试验判据,对机载设备的振动环境研究具有指导意义。试验结果表明,飞控电子设备通过振动试验判据,设备结构和性能符合设计要求。
In this paper, the vibration environment test of flight control electronic equipment in civil aircraft airborne equipment is described. Based on DO160G, the standard vibration, vibration and high energy short time vibration test of flight control electronic equipment are carried out. At the same time, the test procedure and test criterion are introduced. It is instructive to study the vibration environment of airborne equipment. The test results show that the flight control electronic equipment passes the vibration test criteria and the structure and performance of the equipment meet the design requirements.
