目的:观察步长稳心颗粒与比索洛尔联合治疗室性心律失常的疗效。方法:将170例室性心律失常患者随机分为A组,即稳心颗粒联合比索洛尔的治疗组85例,给予步长稳心颗粒9g,3次/d,同时给予比索洛尔2.5～10mg,1次/d;B组85例,单用比索洛尔2.5～10mg,1次/d。结果:稳心颗粒与比索洛尔联合治疗组心电图变化,临床症状改善均较单用比索洛尔组在总有效率上有显著的统计学差异(P<0.05)。而低血压、心衰发生率或原心衰加重明显低于单用比索洛尔组。结论:稳心颗粒与比索洛尔联用治疗室性心律失常明显优于单用比索洛尔,安全有效。
Objective: To observe the curative effect of step-stabilizing granule and bisoprolol in the treatment of ventricular arrhythmia. Methods: A total of 170 patients with ventricular arrhythmia were randomly divided into group A (n = 85) treated with Wenxin Granule combined with bisoprolol, and treated with stepngxinxin granule 9g for 3 times a day, 10mg, once a day; B group 85 cases, single use bisoprolol 2.5 ~ 10mg, 1 time / d. Results: Compared with the bisoprolol alone group, the changes of electrocardiogram and clinical symptoms in the combination group of Wenxin Granules and bisoprolol were statistically significant (P <0.05). However, the incidence of hypotension, heart failure or primary heart failure was significantly lower than that of bisoprolol alone. Conclusion: Wenxin Granules combined with bisoprolol in the treatment of ventricular arrhythmias was significantly superior to bisoprolol alone, safe and effective.
