为研究铸造过程的温度场和应力场,提出模拟铸件铸造过程的FDM/FEM集成系统,使用接触单元处理铸件/铸型间的相互影响,并实现了温度场/应力场的相互作用。使用考虑应力/变形与温度双向耦合模拟方法对应力框试件进行模拟,并与实验结果进行对比。结果表明,使用热力双向耦合方法对铸件进行模拟得到的温度分布更接近实验结果。
In order to study the temperature field and stress field of the casting process, the FDM / FEM integrated system for simulating casting process was put forward. The contact unit was used to deal with the interaction between the casting and the mold and the temperature field / stress field interaction was realized. The stress-strain specimens were simulated using a bidirectional coupled stress-deformation-temperature simulation method and compared with the experimental results. The results show that the temperature distribution obtained by simulating the castings using the thermal two-way coupling method is closer to the experimental results.
