Jianning is located in Fujian and Jiangxi border, Wuyi foothills, the county administer 4 towns and 5 townships, 92 established village, 7 communities, the total population of 14.95 million, with a total area of 1718 square kilometers. Jianning is the former Central Soviet Area.
