用~3H-TdR掺入法测定了我室自建的S_(801)和S_(7811)白血病细胞系的生长繁殖动力学及其世代时间。S_(801)白血病细胞系S期的第一个中点是在孵育后13～14h,第二个中点为32～33h。其世代时间为19～20h,S_(7811)白血病细胞系S期的第一个中点为16～17h,第二个中点为28～29h,它的世代时间是12～13h。这些结果表阴S_(801)白血病细胞系具有正常人白细胞的特性。而S_(7811)白血病细胞系则具有恶性细胞的特性。
The kinetics of growth and reproduction of S_ (801) and S_ (7811) leukemic cell lines self-built in our laboratory were determined by ~ 3H-TdR incorporation method and their generation time. The first midpoint of the S_ (801) leukemia cell line, S, was 13 to 14 h after incubation and the second midpoint was 32 to 33 h. The generational time is 19-20h. The first midpoint of S phase of S_ (7811) leukemia cell line is 16-17h and the second midpoint is 28-29h. Its generation time is 12-13h. These results show that the negative S_ (801) leukemia cell line has the characteristics of normal white blood cells. The S_ (7811) leukemia cell line has the characteristics of malignant cells.
