研究了在HAc-NaAc缓冲溶液(pH4.8)介质中,六价铬离子对于过氧化氢同时氧化藏红T和亚甲基蓝褪色的反应有一定的催化作用,通过分别检测催化体系和非催化体系在520nm和663 nm波长下的吸光度,建立了操作简单、灵敏度高、选择性好的双指示剂、双波长催化动力学分光光度法测定痕量铬(VI)的新方法。方法的线性范围(0.080—3.00μg/25mL)和检出限(5.9×10~(-9)g/mL)都较好。测定废水和自来水中痕量铬(VI)取得了满意的结果。
In the HAc-NaAc buffer solution (pH4.8), hexavalent chromium ions can catalyze the reaction of H2O2 and H2O2 to fade the hydrogen peroxide and methylene blue respectively. 520 nm, and 663 nm, a new dual-indicator method for the determination of trace chromium (VI) with simple operation, high sensitivity and good selectivity has been established by dual-wavelength catalytic kinetic spectrophotometry. The linear range of the method (0.080-3.00μg / 25mL) and the detection limit (5.9 × 10-9 (g) / mL) are better. Satisfactory results have been obtained in the determination of trace chromium (VI) in wastewater and tap water.
