一、前言一机部情报所推荐的《热处理方法代号(GC423-62)》对完善和统一热处理技术条件的标注方法起了一定的作用,目前已成为我国图纸上标注热处理技术条件的通用方法。但在日常生产实践中常常会遇到一些问题,主要有如下几点:(1)现行图纸上标注的热处理技术条件的内容主要是硬度指标。硬度与强度、韧性等机械性能之间存在着一定的关系,但有时在相同的硬度情况下,也可表现出不同的韧性等机械性能,因而这种标注方法就存在一定的片面性和局限性。(2)现行标注方法所标注的热处理技术条件内容,缺少被热处理件的服役条件项,工艺师不理解设计师的设计思想,也就很难使生产达到设计水平。图
I. INTRODUCTION The “heat treatment method code (GC423-62)” recommended by Ministry of Machine Intelligence plays a certain role in perfecting and standardizing the technical conditions of heat treatment. At present, it has become a common method for marking the technical conditions of heat treatment on the drawings of our country. However, in daily production practice, some problems are often encountered. The main points are as follows: (1) The content of the technical conditions of heat treatment marked on the current drawings is mainly the hardness index. Hardness and strength, toughness and other mechanical properties there is a certain relationship between, but sometimes the same hardness, but also can exhibit different toughness and other mechanical properties, so this method of labeling there is a certain one-sidedness and limitations. (2) The content of the technical conditions of heat treatment marked by the current annotation method lacks the service conditions of the heat-treated parts, the technical division does not understand the designer’s design idea, and it is difficult to make the production reach the design level.
