大白菜干心病,是威胁我国北方白菜产区极为严重的生理性病害。天津市是我国大白菜的名产区,年商品白菜播种面积十余万亩,商品量五、六亿斤。是冬春的主要蔬菜,除满足城市四百万人食用外,还大量出口港澳与支援国内兄弟省市。天津大白菜味道美、质量佳、耐贮藏颇受国内外的欢迎。但从70到78九年中,有五年不同程度的发生干心病,严重降低了食用价值和产量,影响了冬春市场供应和出口。作者从73年以来,就着手对本病害进行了检查研究,现已初步探明了发病原因、规律与防治措施。
Chinese cabbage dry heart disease is a serious physiological disease that threatens cabbage producing areas in northern China.
