采用高效液相色谱法,以乙腈+水溶液为流动相,使用SB-C18为填料的不锈钢柱和紫外检测器,检测波长为230 nm,对五氟磺草胺和嘧啶肟草醚复配制剂进行定量分析。结果表明,五氟磺草胺和嘧啶肟草醚的标准偏差分别为0.054、0.043,变异系数分别为1.73%、1.39%,平均回收率分别为98.38%、98.00%,线性相关系数分别为0.998 7、0.999 0。
High performance liquid chromatography with acetonitrile + water as the mobile phase, the use of SB-C18 as a filler stainless steel column and UV detector, detection wavelength was 230 nm, the five floxolam and saflufenacil combination formulation Quantitative analysis.
