目的建立免疫亲和-高效液相色谱测定膨化食品中玉米赤霉烯酮的方法。方法样品用乙腈-水溶液提取、经免疫亲和柱净化、由高效液相分离,以荧光检测器检测,外标法定量。结果玉米赤霉烯酮在10~250μg/L的浓度范围内线性良好,相关系数均γ>0.9998。样品检出限5μg/kg;样品加标回收率为83.5%~87.3%,相对标准偏差为2.2%~3.3%。结论该方法简便快捷、灵敏准确,能够满足膨化食品中玉米赤霉烯酮含量测定的要求。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of zearalenone in puffed food by immunoaffinity-high performance liquid chromatography. Methods The samples were extracted with acetonitrile - water solution, purified by immunoaffinity column, separated by high performance liquid chromatography, detected by fluorescence detector and quantified by external standard method. Results Zearalenone had a good linearity in the concentration range of 10 ~ 250μg / L with the correlation coefficients γ> 0.9998. The detection limit was 5μg / kg. The spiked recoveries were 83.5% ~ 87.3% with relative standard deviations of 2.2% ~ 3.3%. Conclusion The method is simple, sensitive and accurate, and can meet the requirements of determination of zearalenone content in puffed food.
