Lightweight concrete strip bearing prefabricated panels (approx. 10 million square meters per year) are widely used for buildings for various purposes. These components are diagonally bent under vertical load and wind load, but the reinforced concrete members are resistant to diagonal bending. There is no standard requirement for cracking and deformation calculations. When designing such a plate, it is calculated by approximately bending the plane under the action of a horizontal load. Due to the following measures, the amount of steel used in the plate is reduced: a more effective steel bar is used; the mixing is reduced
