本文通过长期临床观察发现,动态变化在鉴别诊断中有重要意义。扁平苔癣虽以白色斑片为其临床表现,但还反复间断地出现为时短暂的白色花纹或网状、条纹等演变。而白斑仅有白色斑片在厚薄、大小上的缓慢变化,病变形态上几无可观察到的改变。因此,这提示了定期复查与详细记录、对此病情对扁平苔癣的诊断和与白斑的鉴别有相当助益。个别白斑病变在发展过程中,可能在病变的前沿部分合并有白色粗花纹现象,值得注意。此外,还发现两病可在同一口腔的不同部位同时并存。 Through long-term clinical observation, this article has found that dynamic changes have important significance in differential diagnosis. Although lichen planus is a white patch for its clinical manifestations, it also appears intermittently for a short period of white patterns or mesh, stripes and other evolution. However, the white patch has only a slight change in the thickness and size of the white patch, and there is no observable change in the shape of the lesion. Therefore, this suggests that regular review and detailed records, the diagnosis of lichen planus, and the identification of leukoplakia are helpful. In the development of individual leukoplakia lesions, it may be possible to incorporate a white thick pattern on the leading edge of the lesion, which is worth noting. In addition, it has been found that both diseases can co-exist in different parts of the same oral cavity.
