尽管目前职校毕业生就业呈现供不应求的状态,但绝大多数学生或家长首选的还是普高,而分流进入职业学校的大多是普高落榜生,其中相当一部分学生不仅基础知识薄弱,又缺乏刻苦精神,其思想、文化素质都比较差,学习目的不够明确,自卑心理又比较重。因此,这部分学生混日子的多,努力学习者少。进入职校后,他们认为只要把专业课学好就行了,学习文化课尤其是德育课没有必要,因而大多数学生对文化课学习没有热情,普遍产生厌学情绪。这就给职校的教学工作带来很多困难。
Although the employment status of vocational school graduates is in short supply, most students or parents are still preferred. However, most of the graduates enter the vocational schools, which are all top performers. Many of them have not only basic knowledge but also lack hardworking Spirit, ideology, cultural quality are relatively poor, the purpose of learning is not clear enough, inferiority and mental heavier. Therefore, this part of students mix the day more and less effort to learn. After entering the vocational school, they think that as long as specialized courses to learn on the line, learning culture classes, especially moral education classes is not necessary, so most students have no enthusiasm for the study of cultural classes, generally produce tired of emotions. This brings many difficulties to the teaching of vocational schools.
