眉山泡菜自70年开始从最开始的家家户户小作坊发展到现在企业的泡菜基地规模化、产品特色化、要素聚集化,实现了眉山泡菜产业发展的三次飞跃。如今,眉山泡菜成为全国泡菜品牌最集中的地区,并荣获“中国泡菜之乡”的称号。眉山有近200家泡菜企业,其中近30家已经形成了规模化经营,眉山泡菜已经向着产业链方向发展,但对于刚刚起步的眉山泡菜产业,存在着企业规模参差不齐、水平差异显著,产业结构不合理、产业生产尚未标准化等问题。对其市场结构进行仔细的分析,能有助于对眉山泡菜产业健康发展提供相关的指导,并为政府制定相关政策提供相关建议与意见。
