文章以广州市番禺区某中学初中二年级学生为实验对象,采用实验法、文献资料法和数据统计法等研究方法,将非武术选项组(对照组)与武术选项组(实验组)学生进行为期6周的武术对比实验。测量实验前后心率及肺活量水平,探讨传统课程与选项课程对心肺功能的影响。研究表明:(1)非选项学生进行武术学习,由于缺乏兴趣及积极性,心肺功能未有明显提高(P>0.05);(2)选项学生进行武术学习,心肺功能显著提高(P<0.01)。因此,新课改武术选项注重学生兴趣选择,对青少年身心具有积极促进作用。
Taking the second graders of a middle school in Panyu District, Guangzhou City as the experimental subjects, this study adopted the methods of experiment, literature and data statistics to study the relationship between the non-martial arts option group (control group) and the martial arts option group (experimental group) A six-week martial arts comparison experiment. Heart rate and vital capacity were measured before and after the experiment to explore the impact of traditional and optional courses on cardiorespiratory function. The results showed that: (1) The non-option students did not improve their cardiopulmonary function significantly due to their lack of interest and enthusiasm (P> 0.05). (2) The students with optional items had significantly higher cardiorespiratory fitness (P <0.01). Therefore, the new curriculum Wushu options focus on student interest choices, have an active role in promoting the physical and mental development of young people.
