内燃机凸轮轴上的键槽与凸轮中心线的夹角都有严格的公差要求,因为凸轮轴上的连接件要依靠轴上的键槽来保证连接件上的某一点或某个位置与凸轮的相对位置(见图1)。其夹角β的准确性与内燃机的油耗、动力等性能有着重要的关系。但其检测方法在国际或部标中都无明确的规定。在多年的生产中发现,目前由于没有考虑键槽对称度误差的影响,用常规的检测方法不能得到两者之间的角度为系。
Internal combustion engine camshaft keyway and the centerline of the cam have strict tolerance requirements, because the camshaft connector to rely on the shaft keyway to ensure that a certain point on the connector or a position relative to the cam position (see picture 1). The accuracy of the included angle β has an important relationship with the performance of the internal combustion engine such as fuel consumption and power. However, its testing methods are not clearly defined in international norms. Found in many years of production, at present due to the lack of consideration of the impact of keyway symmetry error, with conventional detection methods can not get the angle between the two.
