目的:探讨组长负责制分层管理模式在ICU护理管理中的运用效果。方法:选取该院ICU病房中20名护理人员作为研究对象,在2014年对护理人员进行常规管理,在2015年1月至2015年9月对护理人员进行组长负责制分层管理,对比两种管理模式的效果。结果:与常规管理相比,组长责任制分层管理后护理人员的幸福感、患者护理满意度、护理质量均明显提高,消毒隔离合格率、基础护理合格率、健康教育合格率、护理记录书写合格率明显较高(P<0.05)。结论:临床上采用组长负责制分层管理能有效提高护理人员幸福感,提高护理质量和患者满意度,可在ICU护理管理中推广运用。
Objective: To explore the effect of team leader responsibility system in the management of ICU nursing. Methods: Twenty nurses from ICU ward of the hospital were selected as the research object. In 2014, nurses were routinely managed. From January 2015 to September 2015, nurses were supervised by the team leader in charge of management. The effect of the management model. Results: Compared with the routine management, the nursing staff’s happiness, nursing satisfaction and quality of care were obviously improved after the leader responsibility system was stratifiedly managed. The pass rate of disinfection and isolation, basic nursing pass rate, health education pass rate and nursing record Writing pass rate was significantly higher (P <0.05). Conclusion: Clinically responsible for stratified management can effectively improve nursing staff happiness, improve nursing quality and patient satisfaction, which can be used in ICU nursing management.
