淮安市某制帽公司职业病危害现状评价

目的明确某制帽厂运行过程中存在的职业病危害因素及劳动者接触情况,评价职业病防护措施及其效果,提出相应的职业病控制措施。方法通过职业卫生现场调查及检测收集资料和数据,结合职业卫生管理情况及职业健康检查结果,对该制帽公司职业病危害现状作出综合评价。结果共监测60个粉尘作业点,22个化学毒物作业点、117个噪声作业点,其中,化学毒物和粉尘检测结果均合格,噪声有5个岗位12个监测点超标。结论在生产过程中产生的职业病危害因素主要有粉尘、噪声、乙二醇、丙酮、环己酮、一氧化碳;作业场所中的防尘和防毒措施效果较好,防噪设施还应完善。对接触噪声工人要配备专用防护用品,提高工人的自我保护和防护意识。 Objective To clarify the occupational hazards and occupational hazards that exist in the operation of a hat factory, evaluate occupational disease prevention measures and their effects, and propose corresponding occupational disease control measures. Methods Through occupational health field survey and data collection and testing, combined with occupational health management and occupational health examination results, make a comprehensive assessment of the status quo of occupational disease hazards of the cap company. Results A total of 60 dust operation sites, 22 chemical poison operation sites and 117 noise operation sites were monitored. Among them, chemical poison and dust detection results were qualified, and noise was overstated at 12 monitoring sites in 5 posts. Conclusion The main hazards of occupational diseases in the production process are dust, noise, ethylene glycol, acetone, cyclohexanone and carbon monoxide. The dust-proof and anti-poison measures in the workplace are better and the anti-noise facilities should be improved. Workers exposed to noise should be equipped with special protective equipment to enhance workers’ awareness of self-protection and protection.
