目的:建立氢化物-原子荧光光谱法测定大米中无机砷含量不确定度的分析方法,找出其主要影响因素。方法:通过建立不确定度的数学模型,系统分析计算不确定度的各个分量。按GB/T5009.11-2003《食品中总砷和无机砷的测定》中第一法:氢化物原子荧光法-无机砷的测定。结果:当结果为4.51μg.g-1时,其扩展不确定度为0.6μg.g-1(K=2)。结论:本文方法测量不确定度的主要来源是测量中标准曲线拟合和样品重复测量引入的不确定度。
OBJECTIVE: To establish an analytical method for the determination of inorganic arsenic in rice by hydride generation - atomic fluorescence spectrometry and find out its main influencing factors. Methods: Through the establishment of a mathematical model of uncertainty, the system analysis and calculation of the various components of uncertainty. According to GB / T5009.11-2003 “Determination of total arsenic and inorganic arsenic in food,” the first method: hydride atomic fluorescence spectrometry - Determination of inorganic arsenic. Results: When the result was 4.51μg.g-1, the extended uncertainty was 0.6μg.g-1 (K = 2). Conclusion: The main sources of measurement uncertainty in this paper are the uncertainty introduced by the standard curve fitting and sample repeat measurements in the measurement.
