从2001年起,我国开始在农村小学推行格式布局的调整政策——“撤点并校”。其出发点是为了整合教育资源,提高农村教育的质量,但各地区在具体实施过程中由于操作不当,衍生出了一系列问题,给学生、家长、学校、社会造成了诸多影响。农村小学“撤点并校”后诸多问题的妥善解决,离不开国家、学校、家长的共同合作,需要在实现并校后形成新学校恰当的规模效益、妥善解决富余师资、并校过程中做好学生的思想工作等方面加大力度,以促进教育公平发展和资源的优化配置。
