向钢液中喷吹微细金属氧化物颗粒,是一种获得良好强韧性的新的弥散强化工作。本文研究喷吹Al_2O_3、ZrO_2对低碳钢强韧性的影响。主要结果如下:1、喷吹金属氧化物具有细化钢的晶粒的作用,喷吹后钢的晶粒直径为正常钢的1/3~1/4。2、喷吹金属氧化物使钢的屈服强度增加10~15kg/mm~2,屈服强度与晶粒平均直径之间关系符合Hall—Petch公式。3、喷吹后,500℃钢的持久强度增加2—5 kg/mm~2,持久时间延长5~10倍。 4、改善钢的断口,提高冲击韧性,显著地降低钢的韧一脆转变温度,从0℃(正常钢)降低到-46℃,扫描电镜观察结果表明,钢的断口形态由解理状变为韧窝状。关于氧化物改善钢的强韧化机理,本文也作了初步探讨。
