采用薄层扫描法对用新基质制备的琥珀止痛膏中士的宁的含量进行了测定。方法简单可靠，平均回收率为97．12％，RSD＝1．40％。
The content of strychnine in the amber analgesic plaster prepared with the new substrate was determined by means of a thin layer scan. The method is simple and reliable, with an average recovery rate of 97.12% and RSD = 1.40%.
