目的评价吴氏消瘤散(太子参、白术、炙鳖甲、山慈菇、漏芦、土鳖虫、急性子、炙龟甲、薏苡仁、枳实等)的抗肿瘤活性。方法建立S180肉瘤荷瘤小鼠模型、B16黑色素瘤荷瘤小鼠模型、人肺腺癌A549荷瘤裸鼠模型,并测定肿瘤质量和肿瘤抑制率。结果吴氏消瘤散低、中、高剂量对鼠S180肉瘤细胞及人肺腺癌A549细胞,中、高剂量对小鼠B16黑色素瘤细胞的生长有一定抑制作用,抑瘤率分别为S180肉瘤低剂量组为29.07%~39.74%、中剂量组为33.99%~41.01%、高剂量组为43.21%~51.56%;人肺腺癌A549低剂量组为25.17%~33.69%、中剂量组为31.04%~38.84%、高剂量组为34.55%~44.66%;B16黑色素瘤中剂量组为26.45%~35.66%、高剂量组为39.59%~67.21%。结论实验表明,吴氏消瘤散具有一定的抗肿瘤作用。
Objective To evaluate the anti-tumor activity of Wu’s Xiaolusan (Taizishen, Atractylodes, Sunburn turtle A, Sagittaria schreniae, Lentinula edodes, Eupolyphaga schreniae, Acute Subcordyceps, Zhitongjia, Coix Seed, Citrus aurantium, etc.) Methods S180 sarcoma tumor-bearing mouse model, B16 melanoma tumor-bearing mouse model and human lung adenocarcinoma A549 tumor-bearing nude mouse model were established. The tumor mass and tumor inhibition rate were determined. Results Wu’s Xiaoliuowang low, medium and high doses of S180 sarcoma cells and human lung adenocarcinoma A549 cells, medium and high doses of B16 melanoma cell growth inhibition, inhibitory rates were S180 sarcoma 29.07% -39.74% in the low-dose group, 33.99% -41.01% in the middle-dose group and 43.21% -51.56% in the high-dose group, and 25.17% -33.69% in the low-dose group of A549 human lung adenocarcinoma and 31.04% in the middle dose group % ~ 38.84%, 34.55% ~ 44.66% in the high dose group, 26.45% ~ 35.66% in the B16 melanoma medium dose group and 39.59% ~ 67.21% in the high dose group. Conclusion Experiments show that Wu’s Xiaoli San has a certain anti-tumor effect.
