应用电镜观察比较模拟低温对不同种源杉木叶绿体超微结构的影响,结果表明:低温对杉木叶绿体超微结构有不同程度的影响,杉木叶绿体能抵御4℃低温.在-10℃温度下,叶绿体结构受到损伤或破坏,但不同种源抗寒性不同,其种源抗寒性排序为:安徽休宁种源>湖南会同种源>广西贺县种源.
The effects of hypothermia on the ultrastructure of chloroplasts in different provenances of Chinese fir were simulated by electron microscopy. The results showed that the chloroplast ultrastructure of Chinese fir was affected by low temperature, and the chloroplast of Chinese fir was resistant to low temperature of 4 ℃. At -10 ℃, the chloroplast structure was damaged or destroyed, but the cold resistance of different provenance was different. The order of cold hardiness of the provenances was as follows: Anhui Xiuning provenance> Hunan Hui Tongyuan> Guangxi He County provenance.
